Once your order is delivered, we encourage customers to check their orders carefully, once checked, customer is required to verify that the product is correct before signing the delivery order.

How do I cancel / amend my order?

If customer wish to make changes to their order, such as cancelling or modifying, please do contact our customer services as soon as possible.
 
Since most of our furniture is made-to-order, we do not accept any refund and cancellation.

You can change your delivery address and/or contact information easily by contacting our customer service via calling or WhatsApp messaging.

A part of my product broke, can I buy spare parts from you?"

Unfortunately, we do not offer spare parts for our products at this time.

Can I reupholstery my furniture?

Currently we only provide reupholstery for sofa purchased from Moscule, services for other furniture such as chairs, table and others are not available at this time.
 
We do not reupholstery furniture from other brand because of different structure design.
