Can I try your furniture in person?


Of course.

But please do contact us before visiting, as it is not always possible to have every item listed online being displayed in the showroom.

We suggest going through our website first and let us know if there is any particular product that you are interested in, then feel free to contact us to find out if it is availble to view and try.

How's the delivery process?


  1. Before submitting order, our team will contact you for delivery estimation.
  2. After order confirmation, we will start your order production accordingly.
  3. Once it's completed, our team will contact you again for delivery arrangement.
  4. On the day of delivery, driver will contact you before heading to your place.
  5. Sign and receive your goods, thats all!




Do I need to be at home during delivery?


It's preferred. All our shipments contain valuable goods, because of this our couriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery. The receiver is recommended to check the goods condition while delivered, if there's an defect on certain product, please inform our on site couriers as soon as possible.




How's the furniture packed?


Once our furniture is produced and carefully packed to ensure its safe arrival. Take comfort in knowing that your item will be well-protected and packaged with care Packaging of each goods are different depends on it's type, either flat packed or in whole piece.




Any showroom?


We are factory based furniture supplier, we have our micro showroom located at 2nd floor of our store based in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh.

Since it's not a retail showroom, feel free to book an appointment with us before visit.

That's all the furniture you got?


Yes and no.

Most of our products are listed online. Yet if you have seen certain design from us before but it's not available in the page now, there might be a few reason:

  • It's special collection for certain event.
  • It's out of stock and been discountinued.
  • It's customised design upon request.




Can I customize?


We accept customization only for sofa, for example, the sofa color, sizes and certain part. Yet not all sofa models are available to customize considering the difference of each structure, design and other particular reason. If you wish to customise a new sofa base on your design, kindly talk with our team for details discussion before we confirm the possibility. Please take note that We do not customise other furniture such as cabinet, coffee table, chairs or dining tables.

How's the installation?


On-site assembly of items delivered by us is complimentary.

Worry no more about assembling your furniture from scratch and let our dedicated and professional furniture delivery team help you at no additional cost.

Please note that, at the moment our team is unable to undertake installation works that require permanent fixing on your home’s physical structure such as wall drilling and installation of pendant lighting.




How long does delivery takes?


Depends on the nature of item ordered.

  • Made to order item - 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Pre-order item - 4 to 8 weeks.
  • Ready stock - within a week.
After submitting order, kindly discuss with our team about the estimated delivery time before confirming order.

How's the payment?


We accept deposit and require for full payment depends on the type of ordered item.

  • Made to order item - 50% Deposit or Full payment.
  • Pre-order item - 50% Deposit or Full payment.
  • Ready stock - Full payment.

Why can't direct pay and submit order online?


Due to the nature of our furniture, most of the item are made to order.

So, in order to avoid misunderstanding or any failure of delivery, it's suggested for both end user and our team to discuss and confirm the product availability as well as other product detailsl before we proceed to payment transcation.
