Can I view your products in person?

Of course.
 
Our store / warehouse is in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, you can view our special collection of furniture here, waze search: Moscule Design Sdn Bhd.
 
Please do contact us before visiting, as it is not always possible to have every item on display in the showroom, if there is particular product that you are interested in feel free to contact us to find out if it is on display.

Question 3

How is the delivery?

Delivery charges is depends on the type of purchases, promotion as well as the delivery area, please do enquiry our team or sales person at the moment purchasing.
 
All deliveries take place during normal business hours from Monday to Friday between 10am to 6pm. (Saturday – Sunday only on special request and depending on availability). 
 
Our delivery team from office will contact you for delivery date confirmation and arrangement as well as estimated time of arrival. Once date is set, our driver will contact you again once they are on the way to your place. If there is no one at home by the time we deliver the goods, (extra) transportation fees will be charged for the next re-delivery.
 
We will try to ensure your goods are delivered within the estimated timescales, unfortunately there's no guarantee that on rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances such as very bad weather, a serious traffic congestion lorries unserviceable, staff on emergency leave, etc. we will be unable to meet the estimated delivery timing or date. We will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
 
The estimated delivery date given to you is an approximate. If it is delayed we will inform you as soon as possible, however, we cannot accept any liability for consequential losses as a result.

Question 4

Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?

It's preferred.
 
All our shipments contain valuable goods, because of this our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.
 
The receiver is recommended to check the goods condition while delivered, if there's an defect on certain product, please inform our on site carriers as soon as possible.

How is the furniture packed?

Accepted Answer

Once our furniture is produced and carefully packed to ensure its safe arrival. Take comfort in knowing that your item will be well-protected and packaged with care.
 
Packaging of each goods are different depends on it's type, either flat packed or in whole piece.
 
*Some furniture such as sofa and lighting does require minimal assembly.
*Moscule delivery team does not provide services of installing lighting on wall, you're suggested to seek a contactor or wireman to complete the job.

Can I visit your store and pick up my order?

Accepted Answer

Any order can be collected from our store in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh.
 
Please note that we do not carry all stock at all time, contact us before visiting our store for self pick up so that we can have check your goods availability and have it ready for you.

Question 7

Returns & Cancellation

Accepted Answer

We do not accept any cancellation of orders and all payment made will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
 
No changes or alterations to the original order can be accepted once it has been confirmed.
 
Please inspect your purchases. In the event that you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact the customer service department as soon as possible, not later than 2 days.
 
We do not accept returns for items which are delivered in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery or collection.
 
Please be aware that some furniture finishes may tarnish overtime and it is a natural occurrence. This will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
 
Leather, wood, stone & metal are natural materials and may vary. Knots, open grain and mineral deposits are natural.
 
Please be aware that some furniture has a distressed finish (such as distress/scratch marks, antiquing etc.) which is intended. This will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
