Shipping Details

At the moment our own Moscule delivery team is only available for delivery within Klang Valley area. For delivery to other state (East Malaysia only at present), we will arrange delivery with our outstation delivery partner, kindly contact us for outstation delivery charges quotation.

Delivery available time:

Monday - Saturday, 9 - 6pm.
Delivery coverage area:

Klang Valley Area.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept any cancellation of orders and all payment made will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

Please inspect your purchases. In the event that you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact the customer service department within 3 days.


We do not accept returns for items which are in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery or collection.

Please be aware that some furniture finishes may tarnish overtime and it is a natural occurrence. This will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

Certain materials such as leather, wood, stone & metal are natural materials and may vary. Knots, open grain and mineral deposits are natural.

Please be aware that some furniture has a distressed finish (such as distress/scratch marks, antiquing etc.) which is intended. This will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
